Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The G. V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Healthcare System, Jackson, Mississippi, has a need for the provision of Primary Care and Mental Health Services within the city limits of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, in the form of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for eligible Veterans located in, but not limited to, the counties of Covington, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Marion, Perry, Wayne, and Forrest, Mississippi. The contractor shall furnish professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, medical facilities, equipment and supplies, and administrative functions to fulfill the support of enrolled patients. A Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract using a capitated rate with an estimated panel size reimbursement method is proposed. Acquisition is being procured Unrestricted, applicable NAICS code 621498 Outpatient Care Centers, size standard $20.5M. Solicitation to be available on or about October 8, 2015 with proposals due approximately 30 days from the issue date, 3:00pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within ten (10) calendar days after issuance to Laura.Watts@va.gov, using VA256-15-R-0722 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment. No electronic proposals will be accepted.
