Description
LIFT TABLES 2 EACH - LIFT TABLES, Autoquip Corporation, Part # 9AMT3-33040-1, Model T3-60-020 American Tork T3, Scissor Action Lift Table. BRAND NAME, NO SUBSTITUTE. Capacity: 2,000 lbs, end load 800 lbs, side load 500 lbs. Platform: 24.00" x 38.88", should be a smooth steel surface with a 1.50" high x.25" thick lip on three sides (1 long and 2 short) and an outboard accordion skirt. Base Frame: Not to exceed 24.00" x 38.88" and to be surface mounted. Lowered Height: 34.50" (collapsed) will require a built up base/platform. Travel: 60" vertical. Raised Height: 94.50" from floor to platform height. Speed Up: 1"/sec. Speed Down: 2"/sec. Cylinders: 2 - 3.50" bore x 10.50" stroke. Power Unit: Remote 1 hp electric motor (120 VAC/1PH/60Hz with 16 amp at full load) 1.1 gpm hydraulic pump unit (fluid, hoses (double wire braided Parker), and connections are to be provided). Controls: 1 Foot switch station up/down on 10' cord, weatherproof NEMA 4 (pre wired), mag motor starter and 115V control transformer mounted and wired in a NEMA 1 enclosure (to be prewired). Finish: Durable coating, color yellow. All steel members are to be structural in nature. Safety Features: Hydraulic velocity fuses completely stops lift in the unlikely event of uncontrolled descent due to a sudden hose rupture, minimum 3:1 structural factor of safety makes these lifts the most structurally sound lift in the industry, Compliance with recognized standards: ANSI MH29.1 Safety requirements for industrial scissors lifts, NFPA 70 National Electric Code, ASTM A36 Structural Steel Standard, ANSI Z535 Safety Labeling Requirements, AWS D.1 Welding Standards, Applicable portions of OSHA 29CFR1910 General Workplace Safety. *Solid Model of the lift table system will be provided in either native SolidWorks, IGES, or STEP format.
