(4) Do NOT submitt a priced proposal Response shall be submitted via email NLT 23 October 2015 (12:30pm EST), and shall be sent to Michael.Berard.3@us.af.mil with Rebekah.Bohannon@us.af.mil Cc'd. Any questions regarding this Sources Sought shall also be submitted via email to the POC's listed. **This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; all interested persons should identify to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government's requirement with commercially available items**
