Description

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Inventory Listing Subject: Informal Bid Sale Number: 0085-S1109A You are invited to submit a bid for surplus Government property listed on the attached Inventory Schedule Reference Number 03652-15-21148-15, Plant Clearance Case No. S1109A-2055. Refer to the inventory schedule for a list of property's best known descriptions, condition codes, quantity, and acquisition costs. The undersigned is conducting an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of surplus Government property in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 45.604 and DoD FAR Supplement 245.604-3. The property is being offered as one lot "as is where is." All bids are to be in written form and may be accepted by email or fax. You are encouraged to inspect the property during the bid period of October 7- 21, 2015 at the address provided. The sale will be in accordance with the attached Mandatory General Sales Terms and Conditions. Award will be subject to Government approval. Delivery of property will occur at SRI international St Pete, FL and removal will be at the purchasers expense and must take place within ten business days of award. The full purchase price shall be paid by cashiers' check, money order or by using www.pay.gov.
