- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of Contractors to Provide Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Repair Services at Letterkenny Army Depot. Work will consist of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Repair Services for NTV Equipment as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The requirement will be for a base year and four option years as follows: Base Year CLIN Nos. 0001 through 0005 Option Year One 1001 through 1005 Option Year Two 2001 through 2005 Option Year Three 3001 through 3005 Option Year Four 4001 through 4005 Following are the CLIN descriptions: CLIN No. 0001 - Repair Labor - DPW - 275 Hours All labor for SP063, SP180, SP201, SP088, SP089, SP181, SP067, A0606, SP200, A0610 IAW PWS. CLIN No. 0002 - Repair Parts - DPW - $30,000.00 All parts for SP063, SP180, SP201, SP088, SP089, SP181, SP067, A0606, SP200, A0610 IAW PWS. CLIN No. 0003 - Repair Labor - DST - 50 Hours All labor for A0670, SP182, A0669, A0671 IAW PWS. CLIN No. 0004 - Repair Parts - DST - 10,000 Each All parts for A0670, SP182, A0669, A0671 IAW PWS. CLIN No. 0005 - Manpower Reporting For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811118 - Other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. If your firm is capable of performing the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Trudy Alleman, Trudy.o.alleman.civ@mail.mil, by 19 October 2015, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Past performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry.
