- Sources Sought Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify small businesses that are capable of providing a residential training facility which must include: overnight accommodations, training spaces, food /beverage services and audio visual equipment and support for up to 90 federal/contract personnel. Property must be located within 10 miles of Lake Mead, Nevada and not be a casino to support the Center for Leadership Development's executive leadership development training as outlined in the attached document.
