NOTE: This was Synopsized previously as a RFP under solicitation number FA9101-15-R-0016 and is being reissued and changed to a IFB-Sealed Bidding. SYNOPSIS: Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has a requirement that consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to replace 109 existing windows with bl ast resistant windows in accordance wi th specifications and drawings, Buiuding 760, Arnold AFB TN. The work i ncludes, provide all mater i a l s, equ i pment, and labor for the removal of the existing window units and replace with new bl ast resi stant, double pane, I nsulated, l am i nated glass, metal frame, window units. The contractor is to provide all materials, labor, and equi pment I n order to upgrade the facility to comply with UFC 4-010-01. The statement of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North Amer i can I ndustry Classification System (NAlCS) code for this project is 236220 {Commercial and I nstitutional Build i ng Construction). The Bus i ness Size Standard is $36,500,000 i n average annual rece i pts for the last three years. A complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications will be made available only through the FEDBIZOPS website at https:fbo.gov on or about Oct 2, 2015 with an anticipated closing date for bids on or about 30 Oct, 2015.
