- The Department of Veterans Affairs has the need for Curbside Patient/Parking Assistance for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Health Care Center, 7300 South Raeford Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304. Arriving patients will be greeted courteously and offered Valet Parking. Services shall be provided Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. (SDVOSB) The NAICS code is 812930. Size standard $38.5M.
