U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation Number 5CA1008 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Francisco County and San Mateo County, Peninsula Delineated Area: •· North - 16 th Street to 101 South to Highway 280, follow 280 to Highway 82, Highway 82 to Highway 35 going West •· West - Highway 35 Skyline Blvd. and Highway 280 South •· South - Highway 92 •· East - San Francisco Bay Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 onsite surface spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Surface Parking Spaces (Structured): Not applicable Parking Spaces (Reserved): 24 surface reserved included in Total Parking spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •· Warehouse Space. Offered space must be contiguous on a single floor •· Approximately 10,000 square feet located on the first floor if warehouse is split level, also must be contiguous warehouse space •· Minimum of three (3) loading docks •· Warehouse Yard. Yard must accommodate tractor/trailers (semis) for off-loading and turning radius separate from public parking and entrances. Fifty-three (53) foot trailers will be driven in and out of the yard •· Lessor to provide Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA) per Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) •· Expressions of interest welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of agreement authorizing representation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
