Description

Contractor shall furnish 355 fully furnished hotel or motel suites/kitchenettes per week as specified in the Statement of Work for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare Systems, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37212. The following is the daily room estimate: Sunday 65 rooms, Monday 65 rooms, Tuesday 45 rooms, Wednesday 45 rooms, Thursday 45 rooms, Friday 45 rooms, and Saturday 45 rooms. Period of Performance shall be the Date of Award through December 31, 2016 with four optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 721110. Size Standard is $32.5 million. The solicitation package will be available on or about November 1, 2015. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered with SAM (System Award Management). All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing.
