- SPM4A8-16-Q-0002 SPM4A8-16-Q-0002 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#14-11-1101: Procurement is for a CNC Vertical Milling Machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1101 dated October 05, 2015. The contractor shall provide CNC Vertical Mill, Required Accessories, Technical Data, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 60 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
