- SPM4A8-16-Q-0010 SPM4A8-16-Q-0010 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-12-1027: Procurement is for a Drying Oven in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-12-1027 dated April 02, 2015. The contractor shall provide Drying Oven, Technical Data, and Export Crating. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 56 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
