- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74B. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Price quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is: 423510 Size standard is 100 employees. A firm fixed price contract will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) via http://www.sam.gov This procurement is 100% small business set aside. Schedule of supplies list, quantities and units of measure are as follows: 1,248 50 foot rolls of 14 gauge welded fence with 2"X4" openings, 6 foot high 12,480 1/2" rebar, 7 foot long +/- 6" 18,720 feet, 16 gauge galvanized rebar tie wire Offerors shall indicate country of manufacture of all products. Preference shall be given to products made in the United States in accordance with the Buy American Act. Delivery shall be FOB destination with the following material quantities to the following destinations. 416 rolls fence, 4,160 rebar, 18,720 ft. tie wire to gravel parking lot at Tofte Ranger District, 7355 West Highway 61, Tofte, MN 55615 416 rolls fence, 4,160 rebar to lower parking lot Gunflint Ranger Station, 2020 W. Highway 61, Grand Marais, MN 55604 416 rolls fence, 4,160 rebar to Cascade River Sate Park, W. Highway 61, Lutsen, MN 55612 Notification of delivery time must be made no less than 24 hours in advance, 48 or more hours in advance is preferred. Rebar must come with unloading capabilities. Delivery shall be coordinated with Richard Kujawa at 218-663-8096 during normal business hours. Contractor must be capable of delivering the items listed within the contract within 30 calendar days of contract award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applis to this acquisition.
