- Amendment 000002 AG-447U-S-16-0002 REVISION: The pre-proposal conference has been rescheduled for Oct 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Forest Supervisor's office National Forests of Alabama, 2946 Chestnut St., Montgomery, AL 36117. Vendors are urged to participate via teleconference at 888-844-9904, Passcode: 8430195 versus actually attending the meeting. NOTICE: The pre-proposal conference scheduled for Oct 6, 2015 is postponed due to a family emergency until further notice. The meeting will be rescheduled once the Contracting Officer returns. Furthermore proposal due dates will be adjusted at a later date to permit at least 10 days response time once any notes from the meeting are posted on the www.fbo.gov website. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Oct 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Forest Supervisor's office National Forests of Alabama, 2946 Chestnut St., Montgomery, AL 36117. Vendors are urged to participate via teleconference at 888-844-9904, Passcode: 8430195 versus actually attending the meeting USDA Forest Service, National Forests in Mississippi has a requirement for boundary landline maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, a portion of the materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform the required landline maintenance on the designated National Forest boundary lines in accordance with the specifications and exhibits. The work consists of routine maintenance activities normally associated with National Forest boundary lines. Location of the work will be on the Nationals Forests in Mississippi Ranger Districts, which includes: 1. Bienville Ranger District 2. Chickasawhay Ranger District 3. Delta Ranger District 4. DeSoto Ranger District 5. Holly Springs District 6. Homochitto Ranger District 7. Tombigbee Ranger District The resultant contract(s) from subject solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with one base period and four option years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government may make multiple awards for geographic coverage. The minimum guaranteed amount will be $2,500.00 for each district and the maximum amount will be not to exceed $995,000 dollars over the life for each contract. The size standard is $15 million under NAICS code 541370. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation along with any applicable drawings and specifications is expected to be posted around September22, 2015 on this website. Information regarding the pre-proposal conference will be provided when the solicitation is posted on this website. A conference call line will also be available. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. All interested parties must be registered with the System for award management (www.sam.gov).
