- Solicitation AG-82FT-S-16-0001 SF-1442 Attachment 2 - Drawings Attachment 3 - Wage Determination Attachment 1 - Summory of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-16-0001. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110, size standard is $36.5 million. The work consists of constructing approximately 420 LF of 4" PVC sewer line from an existing concrete septic tank that services the Lodge to a newly constructed concrete septic tank and drain field on the north side of the Dormitory. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete the project or any portion of it, and carrying out all duties and obligations imposed by the contract on the Contractor. Offorors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with a DUNS number in order to participate in this procurement. Offorors must be registered in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to submit invoices to the US Forest Service.
