- Modification -- Redding, CA Outpatient Clinic The Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a Market Survey on September 1, 2015 in Redding, CA to identify qualified properties, both existing buildings and land sites, for a 77,000 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) Outpatient Clinic (OPC). Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice. Description: The purpose of the modification is only to correct the POC listed for the following site: 930 - 990 Canby Rd; Redding, CA Marilyn Rassmusen Family Trust Represented by: Kyle Mickiwicz Cushman and Wakefield 400 Capitol Mall Suite 650 Sacramento, CA 95814 (916) 617-4272 VA does not have an Assignable Option to Purchase with any of these properties and has not conducted due diligence on these properties. Further VA is not representing that the properties are available for purchase. One of more of these properties may have an exclusive agreement with a developer to offer the site in response to the solicitation for the OPC. VA is providing the site location so interested developers have an understanding of what sites have been approved. Developers must contact the site owners directly for further information regarding the sites. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT and THE GOVERNMENT WILL PAY NO MORE THAN THE APPRAISED FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR LAND AND FOR RENTAL SPACE.
