Description

Synopsis: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide non-scheduled charter flights and air ambulance services for the Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo VA Medical Center. The solicitation number for this RPP is VA528-16-R-0008. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 13, 2015, with an anticipated due date of October 28, 2015. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 481211, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The Government anticipates award of one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contract. The VA will not pay any costs incurred in preparation and submission of proposals. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about November 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 with two (2) one year option periods. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to richard.williams18@va.gov no later than October 26, 2015 at 4:00 PM EST.
