- N00253-15-T-0608 Amendment N00253-15-T-0608 Request for Quote SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to SEACON EL CAJON, CA 92020(or their authorized dealers) (thereof) for: THE FAWM SERIES, ALL-WET FLAT CONNECTOR AND CABLE ASSEMBLIES WITH SHORTING DUMMY PLUGS ARE INTENDED SUPPORT PINGER EQUIPMENT. ALL MATING CONNECTORS MUST BE EXACT CONFIGURATION TO ALLOW FOR CROSS PLATFORM USE OF INTERFACE CABLEING. 1. CONNECTOR BULKHEAD, 8-CONDUCTOR, FEMALE, 22 EA, 2. CONNECTOR DUMMY, 8-CONDUCTOR, MALE, 22 EA, 3. CONNECTOR DUMMY, MALE, SHORTING PIN 1 AND 2, 22 EA, 4. CONNECTOR IN-LINE,, 8-CONDUCTOR, MALE, 22 EA, OPTIONS FOR 3 YEARS ARE REQUESTED FOR 10 EACH OF EACH LINE ITEM: 1. CONNECTOR BULKHEAD, 8-CONDUCTOR, FEMALE, 10 EA, 2. CONNECTOR DUMMY, 8-CONDUCTOR, MALE, 10 EA, 3. CONNECTOR DUMMY, MALE, SHORTING PIN 1 AND 2, 10 EA, 4. CONNECTOR IN-LINE, 8-CONDUCTOR, MALE, 10 EA, This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-15-T-0608 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334511 and has a size standard of 750 Employees or less. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
