Solicitation Number: W91ZLK-15-T-0265 Synopsis: Sources Sought Notice for Information Only The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for maintenance and calibration of Aerodynamic Particle Sizer (APS) and Ultraviolet-Aerodynamic Particle Sizers (UV-APS) spectrometers. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. ACC-APG is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Background For the purpose of this notice, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is ¬¬¬¬334516. Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; size standard: 500. ACC-APG is seeking potential sources to provide maintenance and calibration of APS (serial: 70729292, 70838385) and UV-APS (serial: 7124116, 71339016, 1002) spectrometers. The technical data package regarding these instruments are held by TSI, Incorporated. Instructions to Potential Respondents Companies that desire to participate in this sources sought are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the technology, qualifications, experience, and capabilities to satisfy these requirements. The response should discuss the company's ability to adapt and/or provide existing technologies that have the required capabilities. Specifically, any interested companies are requested to provide the following information: 1) Name of Company 2) Business CAGE code 3) Point of contact and phone number 4) Size of Business according to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334519. 5) Other suggested NAICS codes for this program and your size classification based on these codes. 6) Company certifications (e.g. ISO-9001, ASI-9100, CMMI) 7) A brief summary of your company's experience and past performance within the past 3 years as it relates to this requirement. Each company experience (Government or commercial) should include (a) name of the project, (b) a brief description of the project, (c) the relevance of the contract/project to the requirements in this notice.
