AGENCY: Veteran's Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs NOTICE TYPE: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION This request for information is for market research purposes only. Please provide information and description of services available. A solicitation is not available at this time, but results from this market research will help identify solicitation provisions, should a solicitation occur in the future. Annual Linear Accelerator Calibration and Annual X-Ray Units Quality Control Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the following: A.Diagnostic Units Quality Control Tests in accordance with AAPM, ACR protocols and JCO requirements. a)Radiographic and Portable X-ray units. b)Fluoroscopic units. c)Dental Units: Intraoral, Panoramic and Portable d)Computerized Tomography (CT Scanners) e)Mammography Unit. f)Digital Detectors g)Shielding Integrity of Lead Aprons. h)MRI ( Siemens/Symphony 1.5 Tesla) B.Calculation of Entrance Exposure Dose for all X-ray units and calculation of Organ Dose in case of emergency. C.Linear Accelerators Calibration in accordance with the current published protocols accepted by nationally recognized bodies (AAPM and ACR). a)Mechanical Testing b)Safety Test c)Linear Accelerators Specifications i.Siemens Oncor Expression ii.Varian TrueBeam D.Quality Control Checks in accordance with ACR, AAPM protocols and JCO requirements. a)Nuclear Medicine Cameras SMV DST-XLE, GE-Infinia/CT b)GE PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Service Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (via email) referencing the requirement & RFI # and must be received not later than October 19, 2015 at 2:00PM.
