Description
Question and Answer Set 1 Section L Attachment - Past Performance Information Attachment 3 - Transportation Matrix Attachment 2 - Weapon Proposal Matrix Amendment 1 The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to establish one or more Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for five (5) years from the date of the BOA award to fulfill continuing requirements for basic issue items; authorized items of foreign non-standard, U.S. obsolete, weapons, accessories, ammunition and training under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 332994 Small Arms Manufacturing. Vendors must have the capability to ship the items, once procured, to multiple locations CONUS and OCONUS. Interested vendors must be capable of supporting the U.S. Government's mission in accordance with all applicable U.S. and foreign regulations for the acquisition and transit of weapons. The overarching intent of this program and procurement action is to establish sources that can reach around the world at any given moment and gather and provide multiple types of foreign non-standard, U.S. obsolete weapons, accessories, ammunition and training for testing/training purposes.
