- Description
- It takes 4 to 6 weeks for new temporary staff to complete the PIV process, a requirement for all new staff before they are allowed to access HUD systems, our choice of action is limited. Upon examination, the only way to avoid a break in service while the protest is resolved is to replace the expiring orders with new orders issued against a new short-term BPA with National Associates so that the same temporary help personnel, all of whom have completed PIV cards and have active credentials, can continue to provide these important services without break in service until the protest is resolved. It should be noted herein that the PIV cards and credentials held by the current temporary staff will expire should a break in service occur. Consequently, BPA Number DU203NP-16-A-01 will be issued to National Associates for six month ordering period of 10/9/2015 through 3/10/2016 with an estimated ceiling of $500,000
