Description
The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division, Contract Services Branch (6PSC), Region 6, is seeking small businesses having the ability to provide commercial fair market appraisal services for properties located in Davenport, Iowa that are in conformance with the 2014-2015 edition of the "UNIFORM STANDARDS OF APPRAISAL PRACTICE" ( USPAP [E1] ) AND [M2] THE 2000 edition of the "UNIFORM APPRAISAL STANDARDS FOR FEDERAL LAND ACQUISITIONS" (USAFLA). The appraisal shall conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute, as well as the guidelines of the U.S. General Services Administration. Interested parties shall provide a written notice to the Contracting Officer that details: •· Your size standard for NAICS 531320. •· An appraiser who is general state certified for the State of Iowa with at least 3 out of the past 5 years experience performing appraisals. •· Evidence your appraiser that has experience in completing an appraisal to meet the requirements of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition. •· Evidence your appraiser has experience performing a minimum of five (5) hotel appraisals within the last five (5) years. •· Evidence your appraiser has experience performing at least one (1) parking lot appraisal within the past five (5) years. •· Evidence of one (1) commercial appraisal for eminent domain within the previous five (5) years that has been in accordance with "The Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. " •· List of experience in court testimony experience in eminent domain cases. Any information provided by interested parties will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive small business opportunities exist. This notice does not bind the U.S. Government.
