Description

This procurement is being performed under FAR 13 and FAR 12. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract for preventative maintenance, on two (2) Crown Turret Stock Pickers on a sole source basis. The requirement is a base year plus four (4) one-year options. The base year period of performance is November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016. This is being done under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The applicable NAICS: 811310, business size: $7.5 million. It is anticipated that a Request for Quote will be issued on or about October 20, 2015 directly to Crown Equipment Corporation. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by the Government. Service location is Building 661, Bay 3, Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA 92135. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All inquires received by the closing date will be reviewed by the government. No telephone requests.
