Description

The Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424 has a requirement for disposal of non-hazardous/ non-medical waste (construction debris, solid waste and sludge) at a facility or facilities that comply with all applicable local ordinances and State laws. The Canandaigua VA Medical Center shall transport the waste to the contractor's facilities using its own personnel and equipment. The contractor shall only be responsible for the weighting and disposal of delivered waste. Waste shall be removed from the facility on an as need basis up to three deliveries per week. The NAICS Code is 562119. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include three option years is under $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for ithis procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
