- Title: Purchase of large format plotter/printer HP Designjet Z5400 (exact match only) The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to purchase a large format plotter/printer HP Designjet Z5400. This replaces an existing unit, so to ensure compatibility with Regional GIS equipment, the plotter must be a HP Designjet Z5400 plotter/printer with the following minimum requirements: 1)Designjet PostScript ePrinter, printheads, introductory cartridges, printer stand, media bin, spindles, reference guides, software, power cords; 2)Maximum print speed: 53 m2 /hr (570 ft2 /hr); 3)Print resolution: Up to 2400 x 1200 optimized dpi; 4)Media: Two automatic roll feeds, smart roll-switching sheet feed; automatic cutter; 5)Applications: Line drawings, renderings, maps, orthophotos, graphics design, posters, digital fine art, etc.; 6)Minimum Memory: 64 GB, 320 GB hard disk Volume Bands (VB) Band Minimum Copies per Minute (CPM) B&W Color 1 20-29 X X 2 30-39 X X 3 40-49 X X 4 50-59 X 5 60-69 X FOB: Destination Delivery no earlier than the first week of November 2015 Ship to address: Modoc National Wildlife Refuge 5364 County Road 115 P.O. Evaluation criteria is defined as follows: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers; 1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; 2) Service Response/Maintenance Availability time frame with 24 hours; and 3) Price. Technical capability and response time, when combined, are significantly more important that price. Solicitation Number F16PS00007 with attachments is being posted with this synopsis notice with quotes due by 2 PM PDT on Friday, October 16, 2015.
