MTC Terms and Conditions updated 10-2015 W-9 Form December 2014 MTC Vendor Self Certification RFQ MTC-CJCCOA15-2 LANDesk Maintenance Renewal THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Clearfield Job Corps Center. MTC is requesting bids for LANDesk Maintenance Renewal. Renewals to be provided are outlined in the attached statement of work. All bids must be returned by fax, mail or electronically (e-mail preferred); and received no later than 12:00 PM MST on October 23, 2015.
