- Sources Sought - Software Governance & Compliance This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of Certified 8(a) company to provide the required products and/or services. The CECOM SEC is seeking information for potential sources for Governance and Compliance Services to be provided by the Contractor in the areas of software quality assurance, software quality control, software configuration management, software risk management, the collection and analysis of software metrics, and compliance in adhering to DoD, Army, and SEC policies, guidance, regulations, directives, and decisions.
