DOWNING PEORIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SITE # 1-GPG-IL; SCOTT AFB SITE # 1-ILG-IL; CAPITAL AIRPORT SITE # 1-SPC-IL; SCOTT AFB SITE # 1-SCT-IL; LOUISVILLE IAP-STANDIFORD FL SITE #1-STA-KY; FORT WAYNE IAP-1 8.48 ACRES-FWY-IN; HULMAN FLD SITE # 1-HUL-IN; ALPENA CO REG APT SITE # 1-PCG-MI;W K KELLOGG SITE # 1-BCR-MI;SELFRIDGE ANGB SITE # 1-SNG-MI; BLUE ASH ANG STN SITE # 1-BVG-OH; CAMP PERRY ANG SITE # 1-CPA-OH; SITE #1 CANTONEMENT AREA-MLD-OH; RICKENBACKER SITE # 1-RNG-OH; TOLEDO/EXP APRT SITE # 1-TOL-OH; Description of Supplies/Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, facilities, equipment, and incidentals necessary to conduct recurring maintenance and minor/emergency repairs of DLA-Energy capitalized petroleum facilities at the aforementioned installations. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 213112 is applicable to this acquisition. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order will be made. The proposed award will consist of one base period of performance and at least three optional periods of performance. The individual solicitation will be posted on FBO.gov under solicitation W912DY-15-R-0005 and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is based on full and open competition. The Government has entered into Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for this scope of work. Offerors that are not BOA holders that wish to compete for this work must also submit information to qualify for issuance of a BOA.
