- Description
- The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for lodging and meals in support of the Eastern Caribbean Security Cooperation Conference from 15 November 2015 through 21 November 2015 located in Miami, Fl. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $30.5M. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The requirement consists of the following items: 285 room-nights, meals (132 breakfasts, 154 lunches, and 132 dinners), Morning and afternoon coffee break area for 50 people each day, welcome reception with Hors d'oeuvres for 40 people, one (1) main conference room for five (5) days with audio/visual equipment set-up for use, four (4) administrative room for four (4) days, parking spots for five people each day, and shuttle from the airport upon arrival of attendees and shuttle to the airport upon departure of attendees.. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 16 October 2015. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels only. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
