- Description
- DLA Energy intends to issue a solicitation on or about December 2015/January 2016 time frame for the following multi-year (5 years) period. DLA Energy intends to aggressively market this soliitation in order to encourage robust competition. The primary mode of delivery for requirements awarded will be accomplished via barge (BG) or tanker. Requirements are or an estimated quantity of 10,443,224USG DIESEL FUEL (HS2), 1,850,000 FUEL, GASOLINE(MUM), 602,997USG GASOLINE, AUTOMOTIVE (MUP), AND 59,015,054USG TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JA1). All applicable taxes and fees are excempt based on the SOFA Agreement for the Caribbean. Contracts awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a Requirements type contract, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DLA Energy anticipates conducting negotiations with Offerors submitting proposals, but reserves the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
