- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Support Equipment (SE) and Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Systems Engineering Division engineering and technical support services for the design, development, integration, test, evaluation and maintenance of SE and ALRE products associated with the Aircraft Platform Interface (API) which covers launch, recovery, visual landing aids, and maintenance of aircraft aboard Navy ships and Marine Corps airfields. This procurement will be full and open competition. The Government is anticipating an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract. The period of performance shall be five (5) 12 month ordering periods. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a notification to industry of the intent of the Government. This requirement is currently being performed by Engility Corporation, a Large Business under contract N00178-04-D-4143 Task Order 4Y02. Hard copies of the RFP and amendments will not be mailed to contractors. This RFP will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, on or about 3 November 2015.
