- Marine Animal Response Team (MART) - Market Survey PM2-MTP-0005 This requirement is for one (1) chartered vessel to be used as a Marine Animal Response Team (MART) Vessel, sporadically from 15 June - 30 November 2016. The vessel will be used to facilitate the observation of marine animals. The contract would consist of time charters of about five to ten days in duration each with four days' notice to ready the vessel for each charter period.
