The 45th Contracting Squadron, Cape Canaveral AFS, FL announces the release of solicitation FA2521-15-R-0028, Fire Protection, Emergency Management & Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) III. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 15 October 2015 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: All questions related to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted in writing using the format provided in the Question and Answer Template, Section J, Attachment L-01. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions and requests for clarifications no less than ten days prior to the RFP closing date. The decision to respond to questions and requests for clarifications made less than ten days prior to the RFP closing shall be at the sole discretion of the PCO. The Government reserves the right to respond to any questions submitted after this date. PROPOSAL DUE DATE/TIME: All proposal volumes are due on 16 November 2015 at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
