- Question: Prime contractor and our teaming partners are unable to obtain access to Attachment 5 SGFP posted in the FBO on 8 October 2015. Upon further review by our IT Rep., it appears this file is 0 bytes long and the link points to a corrupted upload. Can the government re-post the Attachment 5 SGFP file in FOB so offerors can access the document? Answer: Please make sure when you open the attachment, to click the "Enable All Features" button in the top right corner. The Government has logged in as a Vendor and had no trouble accessing the file.
