- Performance Work Statement for Ambulance Services, dated 13 Oct 15 This is a Sources Sought Synopsis; there is no solicitation available. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes. This market research will be used to help determine if this may be a competitive acquisition, or if a set-aside for any small business program is appropriate. The 66 th Medical Squadron and AFLCMC/PZIB Contracting Office at Hanscom Air Force Base are currently seeking qualified sources for Ambulance Services at Hanscom AFB, MA. Please read the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government requests that prospective offerors provide a Capabilities Statement that describes their capability to provide the services requirement described in the PWS. Please pay special attention to response time in SECTION 2, SERVICE DELIVERY SUMMARY in the PWS. Send Capabilities Statements or other correspondence via email to hyun.townsley.1@us.af.mil and cc jason.bergeron@us.af.mil no later than 3:30 PM (Eastern Time), 29 October 2015. Statements need to include at a minimum: •· Company name •· Point of Contact Name and Number •· Business Status (i.e. SDB, 8(a), Women Owned, Service Disabled Vet-Owned, Hubzone) •· Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code The Proposed NAICS Code for this acquisition is 621910 - Ambulance Services, Small Business Size Standard of $15M. The Government is in no way obligated to do business with or to enter into any form of contract with any person, firm or other entity that receives or responds to this announcement. In addition, the government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The projected base period of performance will be from 1 April 2016 to 30 September 2016, with four one-year option periods.
