- Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation, Request for Quote The intention of this solicitation is to award a Time and Material (Labor-Hour) contract for providing Vertical Transportation Devices Inspections and Certifications for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Proposals will be evaluated and award based on lowest price and technically acceptable, with past performance as part of technical. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541350 – Building Inspection Services. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement.
