- What: Small Business Vendor Day Purpose: This event will provide industry with information concerning how to do business with FAA and will assist procurement decision makers in identifying potential small business sources. Who May Attend: Small businesses that are registered in System for Award Management and verified as a small business with one or more of the following NAICS codes listed below: 236220 “ Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 541330 - Engineering Services 541511 “ Custom Computer Programming Services 541512 “ Computer Systems Design Services 541513 “ Computer Facilities Management Services 541519 - Other Computer Related Services Location: FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, (next to Atlantic City International Airport), Atlantic City, New Jersey. When: Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm Limited Attendance: Attendance is limited to 260 participants that respond to this announcement via email to gloria.rosier@faa.gov (first-come-first-served) not later than 4:30 pm on Friday, October 30, 2015. Email to Ms. Rosier should include subject: œWJHTC Small Business Vendor Day . Those companies accepted to attend the event will receive an email notification from Ms. Rosier. No telephone calls please. Note: The first 65 vendors to respond will be provided a table and two chairs to exhibit their capabilities. Each vendor table must have two people. One person must remain at the vendor ™s table while the other person attends the presentations in the Auditorium. Indicate your interest in exhibiting in your response. There is no cost to attend this event, but pre-registration is required. Once maximum attendance capacity is reached, registration will be closed. Required Information: Name of Company, Name (limit “ two representatives per company), DUNS Number, U.S. Citizenship (Yes or No). Foreign National Visitors will be required to provide additional information immediately without delay in order to attend by notifying the Small Business Development Program Group. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE CURRENT REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (under one or more of the NAICS codes listed above to be eligible to register and attend the event).
