- SAIS J&A The purpose of this acquisition is to procure support for various modules along with operations and maintenance of the Services Accountability Improvement System (SAIS); CSAT needs an interim solution to continue online discretionary grant performance data-entry and reporting. Contractor support is required to resume the collection of NOMS and performance data for various SAIS modules (Services and Best Practices Programs). This support will include all reporting activities related to these modules as follows: • Access to all previously submitted data • Collection of data, including performance management reporting and outcomes data • Adjudication and cleaning of raw data, including discretionary, and contract customer satisfaction survey data • Ability to analyze and interpret data and provide reports based on requests from the program, agency, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Congress and other stakeholders • Ability to manage and warehouse the collected data for easy retrieval • Technical assistance and help desk support for all users, and for grant programs utilizing CSAT's data collection in SAIS • Operations of Maintenance of the SAIS system. The period of performance is September 30, 2015 - September 29, 2016.
