- Brand Name Justification PWS This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W911N2-Q-16-0005 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is posted as unrestricted. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. The Small Business size standard for this code is $27.5 Million. Requirement is for: NetPlus Silver Technical Support Package: 0001. Base Year PoP 01 Feb 2016 to 31 Jan 2017 0002.
