- Q.1 I'm interested in the solicitation. What is the period of performance for the Contractor for the solicitation listed above? A.1 One (1) year from date of award Q.2 Is this solicitation due October 16 or is it due on November 1 per the SF 1449? A.2 COB (4:30 Central) on Friday, October 16th Q.3 Is there an incumbent currently doing this work? A.3 No - We have a huge workload and the existing Accreditation Specialist can not complete all the many tasks that need to be addressed in the timeframe required. The contractor will be working with the Accreditation Specialist. Q.4 Are offeror's only evaluated on the resume and price? A.1 Yes Q.5 Are there any other technical or management factors required in the proposal such as a staffing plan/quality control plan/etc.? A/5 No Q.6 Do you need a resume of the proposed candidate? A.6 Yes Q.7. Are there any page limit requirements on Technical proposal? A.7 No Q.8. Does the Cover Page, Table of Contents, Appendix, Acronyms,resumes count as proposals? A.7 Resume, yes Q.8. How many hours will be awarded for this contract? A.8 2080 (1 year) Q.9 Is this new work? A.9 Yes Q.10 Our Indian Health consultants have extensive administrative experience in clinical settings and one is a RPh (Registered Pharmacist) but not RN. Is that sufficient? A.10 Yes, so long as they have experience in development of plans, policies, and procedures for the Accreditation, Quality Assurance and Improvement, Compliance, and Risk Management programs Q.11 Is there a pay scale or would you like us to submit our cost?
