- General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources for a procurement for a THIRD PARTY FIRE ALARM ACCEPTANCE AGENT, and Voice alarm System Upgrade at our Theodore Weiss Federal Building located at 290 Broadway, New York, NY. This procurement would be a firm-fixed price, Total small-business Set-Aside. The scope of the project includes adding notification appliances & circuits to improve sound pressure levels and intelligiblity, replacing existing appliances (in-kind) on existing circuits, and revision of the sequence of operation to include automatic voice messages, and a verification delay for initiating devices. The bidding price range would be between $50,000 to $100,000. The bidding price range would be between $50,000 to $100,000. The length of the project is (60) sixty calendar days, bonds are not needed on this project, only certificate of insurance. Some qualifications that are necessary: must be a Third-Party impartial organization. Shall directly employ a registered Fire Protection Engineer. Minimum NICET Level III certifications. Must pass Government Security clearance. Past Performance and certifications may be required to be submitted. Actual solicitation to be posted in Fedbizopps by November 30, 2015.
