- Amendment 0006 This amendment is being issued to incorporate the following changes: •1) In the SOW Section 6.7.2, Marking and Labeling, has been updated as follows: The Contractor shall label all cylinders with a weather-proof label (able to withstand exposure to weather of all kinds without damage or loss of function). The Contractor may defer to MIL-PRF-61002 Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Labels for Bar Coding. The acceptable label shall include the following information: RETURN TO (insert Contractor's name here) IAW DLA Contract SPE4A6-XX-X-XXXX CONTRACTOR CALL CENTER # X-XXX-XXX-XXXX --End of amendment--
