- This message is to provide notice of Potential Opportunities under the TACOM Strategic Service Solutions (TS3) Knowledge Based Services (KBS) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016. The KBS contract suite is a Multiple-award, Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity (MA IDIQ) contract to provide the following services: KBS White Collar MA IDIQ contract suite: Allows for the procurement of services which primarily relate to tasks involving program or project management and administration, and the furnishing of professional advice or assistance, engineering and technical services, logistics management services, management support services, and professional services.
