Description

15-T-0250 RFQ Solicitation The Naval Air Systems Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price contract to Pulse Systems, Inc. 100 Energy Dr., Canton, MA, 02021-3199. This contract shall provide a quantity of sixty-five (65) MG-1273 Radar Transmitter Sets which are commercially available units used in training exercises for airborne, shipboard, and ground applications. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No other responsible sources were found to have competitive proposals from the posting of the synopsis. This requirement is for the Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO), whose primary function is to provide threat detection/countermeasures systems for use in the Test and Evaluation of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) and Fleet training programs.
