Delineated Area for Solicitation No. 0NH2045 State: New Hampshire City: Concord Delineated Area: See Delineated Area Document attachment Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Total: 4,784, of which 3,984 is for office & specialty space, and 800 is for warehouse storage. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,023 Space Type: Office & warehouse storage Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: - Parking available onsite or within ¼ mile for visitors and employees. - warehouse storage space must have a minimum of one (1) 12' x 12' bay door (two is preferable) and is at least 25' in length to accommodates three (3) trailers with two (2) boats and an ATV. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) CAD drawing of space offered (if available). 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet. 4) Rentable Square Feet Offered. 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 6) Number and location of parking spaces available on the premises. 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
