Description
Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1)(i) the project in the title line was deemed a single-source. The single-source justification will not be posted publically. This action is not required for the acquisition of supplies and services at, or below the SAT (FAR 13.500 General). The services include a vertical and horizontal organizational climate assessments and final report of finding. The purpose of a climate assessment exercise is to provide insight through data collection and analysis on employees' perception of the organizational climate at the Willamette National Forest on five locations. The findings produced through the climate assessment process can help the Willamette National Forest gain a richer understanding of organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, teambuilding, sensitivity, leadership and conflict management in the workplace, and identify possible steps to further improve the climate for all involved. The scope of a climate assessment is to understand employee and management perceptions in their respective departments and throughout the workplace. The employee population includes approximately 260 participants. The duration of the climate assessment interview, data collection and reporting process is approximately 14 days. Additional days of consulting will be determined by need for additional interviews and findings.
