Description

RFQ complete with SOW and Quote Submission Form - Propane, Camp Atterbury, Edinburgh, IN 46124 Procurement of Propane Gas and Delivery Service. Refer to the RFQ Atttachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), for more information. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 18 November 2015 through 17 November 2020. USPFO for Indiana, Purchasing & Contracting intends to award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for five years for Propane Gas In accordance with (IAW) the attached SOW. Contractor must be qualified to provide and deliver the quantity of propane gas identified in the SOW. There is no minimum purchase agreement for this BPA and the government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA. Payment for this product will be made via Wide Area Workflow. The call limit for this BPA will be $25,000.00 with a overall BPA limit of $400,000.00 over five years.
