The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer, Jenoptik Advanced Systems, LLC. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any proposal received within twelve (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any proposals should be e-mailed to Justin.w.burke.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on 23 October 2015. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
