- Attachment 2 – MTCCS Base PWS Draft 16Oct15 for Industry Comment This announcement is to: 1. post the draft MTCCS Base PWS for industry review and comment, 2. update information that was posted in the original Sources Sought Notice (SSN), and 3. answer a question that was received from industry. 1. Draft PWS is posted for review and comment. Please send questions and comments to brian.d.vaughan.civ@mail.mil and david.g.bremer.civ@mail.mil NLT 10 November 2015 at 15:00 EST. Format is same as listed in SSN and there is no page limit. Please make clear references to the PWS by section number. 2. Updates: REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: U.S. Army III Corps, XVIII Airborne Corps, USARPAC, JBLM, and JBSA have a requirement to provide MTCCS to Military users. The effort includes services to support individual through collective training, leadership training and development, integrated Warfighter functions training, simulation supported training as well as network, security, and facilities management. This effort will consist of MTCCS at multiple hub and spoke locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations. The known requirement will support three separate hub and spoke organizations, presumably on separate task orders. III Corps hub is at Fort Hood Texas, and it's designated spoke sites Mission Training Complexes (MTC) at Forts Carson, Riley, Bliss, Sill, and Knox. XVIII Airborne Corps hub is at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and it's designated spoke site Mission Training Complexes (MTC) at Forts Drum, Campbell, Stewart, and Polk. USARPAC hub is at Schofield Barracks and its designated spoke site mission training complexes at Forts Wainwright, Richardson, and Sagami. The known requirement will also support two organizations that are organized as stand-alone: Joint Base Lewis - McChord (JBLM), located in Tacoma, Washington and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), located in San Antonio, Texas. ESTIMATED DOLLAR VALUE: Greater than $650M, with the potential for $1B. Individual Task Order Values are estimated to range from $4M to $50M per year. 3.
